Description:
This final capstone course allows learners to synthesize skills from previous modules into a real-world AI transformation project. Participants will choose a sector (business, education, healthcare, or operations) and design a comprehensive AI adoption plan, culminating in a professional presentation and implementation roadmap.

Why: Converts learning into a tangible credential.

Structure:

• Learners must complete Foundations + one Track.
• Build a final project (chatbot, dashboard, marketing campaign, adoption roadmap).
• Present project plan for feedback.

Credential: Certificate AI Transformation Professional (CAITP).

Course Outline:

• Module 1: Identifying the Problem (3 hrs)
  • Defining organizational challenges AI can solve.
  • Reviewing sector-specific AI opportunities.

• Module 2: Designing the Solution (4 hrs)
  • Selecting appropriate AI tools and frameworks.
  • Aligning project scope with organizational goals.

• Module 3: Building a Prototype (4 hrs)
  • Creating a proof-of-concept using no-code or API-driven AI tools.
  • Testing and iterating.

• Module 4: Presenting & Roadmapping (4 hrs)
  • Delivering a business case and implementation roadmap.
  • Peer and instructor feedback.
