1. Enrollment & Access

By purchasing a course, learners agree to:

Use materials only for personal/professional development (no redistribution).

Provide accurate information during registration.

Accounts are non-transferable.
2. Payment & Pricing

Fees are listed in CAD and must be paid in full before access is granted.

Prices may change, but existing enrollees are locked into their rate.
3. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided:

No more than 20% of course content has been accessed.

No certificates or completion badges were issued.
-

No refunds after 7 days or if >20% of content is consumed.
-
Refunds processed within 14 business days via original payment method.

Exceptions: Refund requests due to technical failures (e.g., unusable platform) will be reviewed case-by-case.
4. Course Access & Expiry

Learners retain access for 12 months from purchase date.

Extensions may be available for a fee.
5. Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to remove participants for:

Sharing login credentials.
-
Harassing instructors/other learners.
-
Violating intellectual property rights.

No refunds for terminated enrollees.
6. Disclaimers

Courses are non-credit professional development and do not confer formal accreditation.

Results are not guaranteed—success depends on learner effort.

We may update course content without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., lost business opportunities).

Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).

8. Governing Law

Governed by British Columbia laws. Disputes must be filed in BC courts.
